Refund policy

At this time Once Upon A Trim does not offer returns or exchanges. Since all of our fabric is purchased locally we cannot guarantee that the colour or style you ordered will still be in stock at the time you return it. That said, I want you to love your purchase of my handmade accessories and if you message me within a week of purchase, I will do what I can resolve the issue. As my products are all handmade, if there is a defect or other problem with an item please send me a message and I will do what I can to make it right!
